I love carp, even the lumpy bumpy bent characters.  We’ve just introduced two best friends for our resident Quasimodo, it looks like they’ll both be called Bendy, one is an 11 pounder and the other is 16lb.  Both are very young fish, donated by Anthony Sylvester of AJS fisheries.  Anthony supplied about half the commons in Bayeswater.  All his fish have grown on very well.  ... Bayeswater fishings carp are chomping the maggots up.  Gary Bayes had 18 fish in a day on Saturday 20th January. The weekend before Danny Regan had nine fish in a few hours including this cracking 22lb mirror.  Danny hair rigged bunches of maggots, also attaching pva mesh bags of maggots as feed.
